I wasn't following it that closely, but apparently MC kicked him off the team for missing a court date for a ticket. Apparently there are some Duck fans that are like WTF why did we do that? Probably because Cristobal thought he sucked.
Anyway, a couple weeks later apparently he was riding in a car with a friend and they got into an accident and Fotu died in the crash - HOWEVER the friend told the cops he was alone and tried to hide Fotu's body.

If he went through the windshield it would be easy to tell. If he was mortally wounded inside the car then drug off it would be easy to tell. Were the cops on scene drunk as well?
This is just a weird situation.
Leiato's family should sue the fuck out of the city.
