Tom Loy is one of the biggest homer recruiting guys, so a CB to UW after his ND visit feels pretty good. As far as Twitter, his mom follows 7 UW coaches, 1 ND coach. Buelow follows 8 UW coaches, 4 ND coaches. Buelow's only non retwat recently is this at KalepoSarkFanSixtyNine said:

I think Kalepo and the Poly thing is going to be big for him, where we definitely have the advantage over ND. Utah's probably more of a contender because of that. -
