I still like him over Millen.he largely has the accuracy but at least in the past he's known that he doesn't have the arm strength to make certain throws. It's really maddening because you'll see him drop some throws in that really are mind blowing in the context of some of the other shit he does..
What would excite me the most about a kid like Morris is that IF he has enough arm strength, it opens up so many things. My biggest criticism of Browning and biggest fear going into this year is that he doesn't often give his receivers a chance to make plays. If Morris has that arm strength, it opens up the ability to try to throw guys open because his ball placement can be in positions where it's either his guy gets it or not. When you look at the elite NFL QBs, one of the fundamental attributes that they tend to have is that they are able to throw a high percentage of balls in spots where it's either his guy gets it or it is incomplete
