With 5 min remaining in the 2Q against ASU

We only had 12 plays that far into the game?
Cripes -
The fact that ASU had 2 weeks to prepare for that game, is the only thing that worries me about our game at Oregon -- they also get 2 weeks to prepare -- and we don't. Fuck the Pac12 for scheduling like that.

my god how can teams ever win against a team that has 2 weeks to prepare for it
especially ones that are sieves on defense and have the national record for most 30+ points allowed in a row
you jonathan smith haters are the worst. pick up the headset and try coaching if you're so smart!!! -
I was one of the most vocal Smith haters out there.
But that doesn't change what I wrote. No Pac12 team that had a road game against a foe with 2 weeks to prepare won their road game, when they only had 1 week to prepare.
Fuck the Pac12 in that regard. -
Wilner had a pretty good article about that. The big10 and SEC never fuck their teams like that.uzi said:I was one of the most vocal Smith haters out there.

We should have won the game, but winners control their controllables and the Pac is clearly not in how they schedule. -
PAC-12 is changing up their scheduling finally, starting this year. I expect this is why they are delayed in releasing the next 6 year rotation as well.Doogles said:

Jsmith also spent a good chunk of that week interviewing for Oregon State, but yeah it’s the schedules fault

We got a new coordinator who didnt blitz much at all all season long and especially not the games leading up to UW.
Several of the articles interviewing UW players and coaches leading up to the game had guys continuously talking about how to beat our aggressive blitzing defense.
It was bizarre. I'm 100 percent positive the uw offense didnt watch a single minute of film.
But how can a team really be expected to score more than 7 points when the 104th ranked defense has 2 weeks of preparation under a coach who is a lame duck? -
And, THAT hurt us how, exactly ?LoneStarDawg said:Jsmith also spent a good chunk of that week interviewing for Oregon State, but yeah it’s the schedules fault
