Yes, but there's a limit to my patience
Supposably. And he liked golf.priapism said:Wasn't Ty a disciplinarian?

Absolutely yesCongratulations to Scott Woodward. New stadium built on time and budget and a coaching upgrade without having to pay out on remaining contracts to a bunch of fired coaches. Say what you want but that ole Southern Polititian is the big winner this year.

No
As a rival fan I have to vote no. This is an unknown that might develop into a threat. Slingblade can beat Sark, I'm not so sure about this guy. From a trolling standpoint, I believe this hire will bring about greater expectations for this bored's trolls. More activity and greater effort will be expected next year now that Sark is gone.He_Needs_More_Time said:Best thing about the Petersen hire is it brings back expectations. I doubt fans will settle for three straight 7-6 seasons with him.

Yes, but there's a limit to my patienceThat bear weighs less than FFF. I'm sure FFF can't even reach his own twig & berries. That's where Kim comes in handy.

So we should stop with the WhiskeyDawg for AD campaign?WhiskeyDawg said:Congratulations to Scott Woodward. He should at least be retained as a consultant.RoadDawg55 said:

Absolutely yesOutstanding....

Absolutely yesthe fact that he's been a head coach for 8 years as well as a coordinator and an assistant at various programs is enough to convince me that Pete understands what everyone's role is and how to be the head man.
-
Absolutely yesI would be more comfortable if @WhiskeyDawg were an AD at a mid major for a few years before fully taking over here.
-
Absolutely yesWhiskeyDawg should talk to IrishDawg22... he's got this place dialed in.

Absolutely yesbump

Yes, but there's a limit to my patienceGreat hire except for these boneheaded things I have seen but not limited to:
Having Shaq take a direct snap on 4th and 7 against Stanford in 2014 AFTER TAKING A TIMEOUT
Not taking a knee against Arizona
The preparedness and shitty play against Oklahoma State
ASU 2017
Stanford 2017
Not figuring out how get through to Marcus Peters
The misses in recruiting. -
Absolutely yes

Absolutely yesIt's chinteresting how I hear constantly about how bad of shape the program was in after Sark won 9 games and took a promotion, now.
Yet, I look at this thread and it's all the same folks who were demanding instant Pac-12 titles and Rose Bowels because the talent was there and they just needed a good coarch.
This is indeed chinteresting. -

Sark never won 9 games at Washington.Mosster47 said:It's chinteresting how I hear constantly about how bad of shape the program was in after Sark won 9 games and took a promotion, now.
He got lucky his last year and won 8 games, 1 better than his usual winning count of 7.
He was no longer our coach when we won the bowl game with Tui as HC.

We did for Lambo. We did for Gilby. We did for Ty. We did for Sark. We did for Pete. And we will for whoever takes over for Pete.

It eventually happened and will continue. If Sark/Ty/Gilby started winning PAC 12 titles we would have liked them too.Mosster47 said:It's chinteresting how I hear constantly about how bad of shape the program was in after Sark won 9 games and took a promotion, now.
