Would you rather have Browning or Herbert this year at QB?

Herbert has the higher ceiling (extremely so), but Browning knows the offense and doesn't commit many TOs. Unfortunately he's also a choker and pants-shitter in any diversity. No you doogs, a 5-6 Utah team doesn't count. Herbert can't stay healthy.
