I don't believe all the gender pay gap stuff because there are many factors that often come into play and the discrimination isn't always what the activists claim. But in this case it is curious, the sharp contrast in starting salary relative to colleagues. -

Cohen was paid according to her experience to begin with...I was against the (appearance of) cronyism when she was selected and have no problem with where she was ranked in salary. She has clearly shown she is worth more and will (hopefully) be compensated properly.
The entire Sark bullshit tells you all you need to know about assholes like Pool Boy who simply throw cash at other men who can talk to them in their own bro talk (either their the same type of dude or Sark impressed Pool Boy by being the type of dude brah that Pool Boy aspired to be (or wished he was vis-a-vis the little nerd terd who got stuffed in lockers his whole life).
Just read the story on the female ex-Navy pilot who safely landed the Southwest jet yesterday to see what kind of stone cold assassin of a pilot she is but how fucking hard she had to work to even get accepted into the Naval Academy that men don't have to do...and she couldn't serve in real combat because she is a woman. Anyway, kudos Jen now enjoy the money. -

Hopkins is far from a slam dunk still, but it looks good.
The apparel deal is awesome, but in five years it's not going to look as top tier as a lot of heavy hitters are up for new contracts. I'm not saying it will be like the p12 network that was tops for a year before plummeting to the worst in P5, but it's not going to be a top 10 apparel contract for long.
Giving Pete what he needs to stay at the top is going a long way into balancing the budget and she deserves that credit. She understands winning football cures everything.
Her connection to the university proves it's not a stepping stone Job. I wouldn't break the bank yet, but she needs to make more like 800 and with continued success for a few more years when we really get back in the black give her the mill+
