That's the stuff from Islay right? Does it taste like Laphroaig?

Uncle Val's is really good, but... and I want to make this clear...

    AS THE RESIDENT COCKTAIL EXPERT...

Bombay Sapphire is really fucking great in gimlets and martinis. It has a great balance between floral, citrus and pepper.

Personally I don't like gin much and I hate shit like the Last Word and it's current cult, but I do like Negronis and I respect that gin exists.

Uncle Val's is the shit in a Clover Club, too.

I find Bombay 2 be 2 forward in the botanicals. Junipero out of San Francisco has the perfect complexity and balance without too much of the seasonings.

    Hendrick's
I prefer a nice Hendricks with cuCUMbers and diet tonic. When I fag out I like to fully fag out.

The Hendricks in Europe is a touch smoother.

You're not a fucking martini expert you shit bag. If you are, good on you... but you aren't.

Let's do the three question (generally non-googleable) czechlist:

    1. How do you store your Vermouth?
    2. What drink is a Martini descendent from?
    3. What kind of orange bitters do you like?

I AM THE TOTAL COCKTAIL EXPERT!!! ROAR!!!

    1) I store my Dolin brand dry vermouth in the fridge and try to use it up in about 2 weeks. If this is improper, fuck off.
    2) I don't know w/o the Googles, but once I was sitting in a hotel bar in the early 90's (still in HS) on Lake Como and I order a martini and it was vermouth on the rocks? What were those waps thinking?
    3) The cheap ones from Trinidad, you hipster fag. Have a native Trinidadian gift you 2 ginormous bottles of Angostura and then popoff.
