Have you even watched a fucking Boise State game since 2006? I rarely saw a trick play from the Kellen Moore and Doug Martin teams. So what that Ty and Sark beat him. Don James lost to pretty shitty coaches, Saban got plungered by Lambo, Sark beat Carroll, Ty beat Harbaugh, etc. It happens. It's about the body of work and 92-12 is 92-12. I'll give you that the old Boise coaches have flamed out and sometimes coaches from smaller schools don't get it done once they move up, but the rest of your points are really, really fucking stupid.

Petersen was considered the brains behind Hawkins as well. The lack of success from the former coaches is a concern, but I also think it is dangerous to lump Petersen in with them.
