Most contracts are legally enforceable against the signor of the contract, regardless whether the other party signed it, or not. It doesn't matter if the party who wrote it, or their attorneys, signed it, particularly in a settlement scenario. If she agreed and then breeched, Trump gets to fuck her again. And take back his money. And she'll pay his attorney fees.
