Where is the threshold between 'private company' as such and being a fundamental/critical part of the public domain?
By taking sides, do they risk their immunity and become legally responsible for user content?

Any time they please. I think they’re pretty capricious with it and deserve criticism, but should never be compelled to do anything. Their investment, their platform, their rules.

Not when they monopolize video media on the internet and are owned by Google, which monopolizes information on the net and filters it to suit their political agenda.
