I’ve been saying forever that USC is going after a lot more elite LBs than they can actuall fit. This kid might be realizing he’s not gonna fit in their class and needs to look elsewhere

I think that's true - and he might want to stay on the WC. He's taken visits to Okie and LSU. Maybe no one on the WC was recruiting him because everyone assumed he's USC.

This guy would be a monster at SAM. Just the fact that he could easily play there at 245... This is exactly the type of guy we don't get. I can see why our coaches assumed USC.

Wouldn’t the coaches at J Serra have enough connections with UW that they could just text someone to tell them he is interested. Kind of weird to me they are resorting to publicly tweeting our coaches.
Seems kind of desperate of them in a good way for us if we show interest. -
Thinking about it more Oklahoma and USC could have both have told him they are waiting on other players right now and this could be his way of showing them he is willing to go else where if they don’t make his offer commitable soon.

I was kind of worried about competing with Oklahoma here. Kind of weird that they don't want him though. Are they full up, or is there something happening behind the scenes with this guy that we're just not aware of? Does Kwiatkowski even follow this kid? Any indication they're not still just ignoring him?

This kid is really good. I don’t know what happened with his recruitment, but he’s for real.

I agree Robertson is a baller and I wish we would have pursued him harder. But I think I have an idea of what happened with his recruitment based on what I saw in his commitment video. He has an infant child. Now that obviously doesn't mean he's a bad kid or anything like that but its a straight up fast strategy situation and we all know they don't end up at UW. I don't know the rest of the story but he's like 17 and in high school with a child.
