Ivan Maisel is saying that when Sark arrived in 2009 our program was "bereft of talent" and now he has left it as a "plum job" for the next guy. He is convinced that "Steve Woodward" will make the right call for selecting the next Washington coach.

Maybe someone needs to firebomb Ivan's twitter account with some facts like # of NFL players on the '09 roster, etc.

    Baird said approximately the same thing yesterday in the honks despite it having been pointed out by one measly fan all the current active NFL roster guys were on that team. He said something to the effect "well he did have Jake and a few other guys on that team" but then went on to sing the praises of sark leaving a all-world caliber OL/DLs. Facts dont matter. Make shit up. People wont check. No one cares. Nothing to see here.

    I dvr'd 3 college talking head shows from yesterday and watched them last night... the analysis was basically "Meh" and as far as a grade they give USC anywhere from a B- down through a C+ for the hire.

    As for where they feel Washington will now turn... didn't fucking mention us once. THAT is how irrelevant Emmert and Pool Boy have helped us become.

    Might as well have taken that 230 million and flushed it down the toilet.

    What does that shit matter when you are the Miami Ohio of the West Coast ... breaking in unproven coordinators for bigger schools.
