    Trump has pledged he will sign whatever Congress sends him

    We are now at that moment so, my original question.

    Race, let me acks you a question. You need 60 votes, 51 of them will vote yes with whatever is in the bill. So you just gotta figure out 9 of them. How is that the fault of the Democrats? Sounds like poor Republican leadership to me.
