The last time the PAC was as bad as it was this year was 1999.
The next year UW played a big name eastern team non-con and won. UW won the Rose, OSU the Fiesta and Oregon the Holiday, all finishing top 10.
That's the only reason I have that 2018 could be speshul, since there aren't enough greater than symbols in the world to put between Tui and Brownsox. -
