He's the thing. Romar had some good wins over the years, never the number 2 team on the road, but he beat some good teams. That being said, it seems like all his good wins, we were behind in the second half, said fuck the game plan and straight out balled to win. Roy, Pondexter, IT, Overton, someone would take over and we win it close at the end.
I was on a plane last night and the game ended just after I landed. But we were ahead a lot of the first half and took over the second half early and held the lead. That's a huge difference from what we had done in the past. -

Romar sucked in non conference games outside of Alaska.
He was especially awful in non conference road games.
Some of Romar's big wins UW had big leads, some were close, some were comebacks.
None were on the road in non conference.
This is literally the best road win in school history.
