Vanilla ran a test and was able to use the quote function. If you can provide them with any additional details that would be appreciated.

It doesn't work for me using 3 different browsers across Mac, Windows and Android OS.

They isolated it and discovered it came from site work performed Wednesday. It allows admins to quote but nobody else. They don't know how to correct it so they created a work ticket for the daytime crew to fix it.

Edit: I’ve only tested manually putting in IMG tag, not BLOCKQUOTE or any of the others. Hope that’s a good enough band aid for everyone.
