Pup didn't just blow Taggs' recruiting. He blew him on his coaching prowess, referring to him as a budding playoff corch.

It was convenient of puppy to take a 2+ month HCH sabbatical and deprive us of high level football discussion, especially all things Taggs.

Anyway, pumper, you thought Oregon was going to be this juggernaut under Willie. Don't deny it. Own it. If you blew him, you blew him. That's fine. Admit it and move on. No need to come on here and revise history and play the what-if game with Helfrich. There's enough evidence there that Helfrich was in over his head as a head coach. Some guys just don't have it; Helfrich is one of them. If Oregon was going to keep Helfrich through 2018, they would have been FS. It was painfully obvious he was done in the early part of 2016. He would have been a perennial 7-win coach at best.

Herbert is going to single-handedly defeat Browning. Herbert remembers 2016... yeah, revenge factor really works well most of the time. Just ask the Colorado. Sound, fundamental football and discipline don't have anything to do with it. Talent and matchups have nothing to do with it.
