Attention to detail is a hallmark of successful people in all sorts of pursuits. And Petersen has it. If you are paying attention to detail, then you are catching and fixing issues before they become problems.
Call it the process or whatever you want but it is what separates the great coach from the great recruiter who needs to fire his assistants every year to keep his job -
