Yeah, definitely. Just heard someone on the radio say he was a player of the game, people on twitter calling him clutch. And doogs on /r/cfb telling me Jake played great and had nobody to throw to.Pitchfork51 said:

I don't understand how there are still so many Jake Browning defenders. -
It was Fouch bad.Ice_Holmvik said:
You are fucking blind. Most clean pockets he had the receivers could not get open. He wasnt nails but he played well with what he was given. Dont grt me wrong im as disenchanted with Jake as anyone but he played well outside the stupid sacks tonight. The o line and recrivers are not helpinh him.jecornel said:Jake had a clean most of the night.

Bro, that was good win but guys were wide open all night.
He had oodles of time tonight.
Jake got his first 4th quarter come back. Can't take it away from him. -
Was going to make the same thread. I was at the game and made a point to pay attention to the WRs. There were consistent multiple WRs open all game long. No doubt. It's time to put the 'WRs can't get open' misnomer to rest. It's on Jake. Cut Casper, that's a wrap.

All I needed to see was Jake go flopping end over end nowhere near the first down marker he was trying to run to.
Selfish play by a shitty player. -
Jesus Jake is no Marques Tui but you guys need to look at the O line for THIS game. Couldnt run the ball and couldnt protect the qb. Add in shit receivers not getting open except for a few plays that you fucking lemming gulp like jizz because esp fucking n highlights is hilarious. The qb was running for his life. Just because the cameras showed them open from mid field doesnt mean they were open to the qb.

please. -
Jake was running for his life because he refused to throw the ball

Jake generally has a massive problem just ripping it ... he had a couple of pretty easy TDs if he made the throws ...
Also generally obvious that he doesn’t trust a lot of the receivers ... Ty Jones at the top of the list -
when you hold the ball for 5 seconds and then scramble because someone finally got through that isn't "running for your life"
Jake's last 5 minutes were amazing and something I hope he can build on. But let's be real, at the game myself it was one of the worst QB performances I had ever seen before then.
