This game is the fault of a lot of people. Kwiatkowski made no adjustments tonight, at least none that I could see. His guys simply failed tonight. No other way to put it.

But Kwiatkowski has bailed out this offense many times. No coach is perfect all the time.

But jake browning has simply choked far too many times. Championship QBs don’t crap their pants as much browning has since he arrived at UW. He is.a guy that will get to bowl games provided he has a very good defense and some very good running backs.

But I am SICK of watching him wilt when the pressure is on, or when the other team comes with a good plan. For these reasons he is not a championship quarterback.

He needs to go. I am done with him.

He is the epitome of a game manager. He can win if everything around him is working, but if you have to rely on him to win a game, you're fucked. Unfortunately, our stupid fucking OC is convinced that Jake is the second coming of Joe Montana. In reality, he's the second coming of uncle Rico.

third. Johnathan Smith was the second coming of Joe Montana.

It's safe to say Jake peaked in high school. He moves as fast as a high schooler, he's got a high schoolers temperament. He has not changed one tiny bit.

It's bizarre he's never been challenged as the starter

Pete's a hater. Jeff Lindquist is the pac12 all time leader in winning percentage as the starting QB. Pete's sizeism is the only reason Little Jake played instead of Jeff "big boy" lundqeuts

Honestly, is there any chance Pete has the balls to start yank or sirmon next year?

That's because our shit OC can't develop QB's and also everyone knows that Browning is his lover

Defense wasn't what we are used to this year but still was a winnable game. But fuck I'm burned out on Browning. Three years in a still no clutch win except for maybe AZ last year.

Arizona last year was 99% Coleman, 1% Pettis and 0% pants shitter

I don't remember the last time I saw Browning step up into the pocket and make a pressure pass and absorb a hit ... or maybe because he did that before and didn't like the bruises so he bails at the first sniff of pressure and runs around until he runs out of space.

A few times he made some decent throws ... but more exception than rule it appears.

If Jake were 1/2 the Qb Smiff was ....

Smiff was a GOOD college Qb; it stands to reason he'd be a great OC. I don't get it.

Brownsocks is Jimmy Clausen without an arm. Holy fuck he might be the worst QB in D1 football.

I'd say he's the epitome of an "easy" game manager. The guy has only 1 gear, and it's somewhere between 1 & 2 on a 5 speed shifter.

Smith had ocho cinco and housh to throw to, which eclipses ross and dante last year.

Name me a Chris Petersen QB that doesn't fit this mold. It's sound football.

Last night boiled down to you aren't that talented on offense, which you aren't. Coleman might get a cup of coffee in the league and Pettis will get a shot as a punt returner more than a WR. Everyone else is a college player. Good players, but talent matters. It's why you couldn't score on ASU. Their defense is talented to say the least.

Secondly you have two stud D-tackles. Those guys are fucking good. Gaines gained a little too much weight and plays a little lazy compared to last year, but they are both guys that will earn NFL pensions. Stanford has one of the best S&C programs in America. When they put seven guys on the LOS minimum that's tough for two guys to make a difference.

Stanford is 100% beatable if you have the right dudes, but most don't which is why they win so much. Wisconsin does the same thing every year.

Coaching, at least schematically isn't why you lost last night.

You have like the winningest active coach and the same staff that got you to the Bama scrimmage last year. They didn't forget how to coach.

You plan to enroll at the University of Washington in early January for winter quarter, and have to work ahead to make sure you complete your classes at Coeur d’Alene High, where the semester ends the third week of January. How tough was the decision to leave high school early?

“A difficult one. Obviously it’s not easy to say goodbye to the second half of your senior year. But I figured if I’m going to play college football, I’m going to do it right

    Bye, Jake.

We're almost three full seasons into Browning's career and he has won zero competitive games against quality opponents. ZERO. Every time the game is competitive in the second half he shits himself. He hasn't even gotten an impressive win just by pure luck.

His Freshman season they were the epitome of average. Blew out every shit team and got beat by every competitive team. His Sophomore season he shit himself against Bama, Colorado (bailed out by running game and defense), USC, Utah (bailed out by Pettis), and Arizona (bailed out by Coleman). This season the only two competitive games so far against respectable teams he shits himself both times and they lose.

The most impressive second half performance of his career in competitive game came this season against Rutgers with the help of Gaskin who made a couple of phenomenal catches. What do you do with a QB who can't perform in the second half and win you a game when the other team isn't utter garbage?

Yes. Anyone with half a brain has known this for over a year. He cannot perform against a quality defense/opponent: he can blow out bad teams but completely falls apart against good ones.

The "high level coach in a football state" is defending the coaches. Shocker.

We basically contained Love most of the game, and their skill guys and QB aren't anything special. Costello was missing plenty of throws in the first half. Coaching definitely matters. Everyone knew what Shaw's strategy was and it's his strategy 99% of the time - shorten the game and grind it out. We couldn't stop it and couldn't adjust. The second half was abysmal.
