UW opens as 26.5 point favorites over Oregon

Largest Vegas spread in favor of UW since?
UW beat the spread by 41 points last season.

Real talk doe, that's crazy

Vegas doesn't think that Herbert will be back is my guess. Without Herbert, Oregon isn't scoring more than 10 points. With him, nothing over 20.GrundleStiltzkin said:Real talk doe, that's crazy

our retarded offense not going to cover because they like to give opposing defenses the ball so they can score
-
I thought 17 was too much for UCLA but they covered even with a garbage time drive and a scoop and score by the soft fucking Bruins
-
When is the last time Oregon got more than three touchdowns from Vegas?

Once Meyer Lansky gets his reads down this thing will get ugly.TierbsHsotBoobs said:When is the last time Oregon got more than three touchdowns from Vegas?

There can't be another offense that has given away as many points as ours to hurt the defensive scoring numbers. Feel like the O has given at least 28 points via pick 6/ scoop and score.

You're going to win, but not by 4 touchdowns.

This is going to make the loss so much more painful

I was tuned in to Penn St. vs Ohio State yesterday, turned on UO vs Utah after that was over and half ignored it because there was a birthday party going on. TSIO. There are no fucks left to give here.phineas said:This is going to make the loss so much more painful

we may not cover but I don't think that spread is absurd. maybe 3 points too much?
33-10 seems like a reasonable score if Herbert is still out -
If Herbert doesn’t play with Oregon’s entire population fearing a pink sock with Burmeister, and his bum shoulder isn’t on his throwing side, then he is Nosen soft.
-
should be interesting to see how BBK does when freenman run at him.

Herbert will play. The one positive I saw against Utah is Willie stopped doing the same stupid shit with guys that aren't good at doing what he is asking of them. Benoit and TBJ were utilized in the run game to provide some balance. Burmeister was still just as awful as always, but Willie decided A-gap zone against an 8 man box thirty five times is as stupid as it sounds.
Having said all of this we don't have one WR that is worth a shit and Herbie will be rusty from being out a month.
Oregon was very good about not running up the score against UW in the streak because they just used it as a scrimmage against an awful team. I think Pete will try to score as much as possible to prove something everyone already knows. If UW truly is 27 points better than Oregon with Herbert playing they will win by 27 or more. I'm not sure any Pac-12 team is 27 points better than another at full strength because they all suck, but we will see. -

We haven't run the score up against anybody this year. Pete literally unloads the bench at 14-17 point diff if it's clear you can't get first down against his d.Mosster47 said:Herbert will play. It's amazing that the Huskies are without their starting LT (Adams), starting TE (Bryant), starting WR (McClatcher), and both starting CBs (Miller and Murphy) but still favored heavily over Oregon.

Oregon had the kids to stop people last year, they just hired a D-coordinator that didn't understand how the 12-gap defense he was trying to install worked.haie said:

Last season is an anomaly that was quickly corrected. This point spread is because of last year and not much else. Utah was supposed to win on Saturday. UCLA and Oregon was supposed to be close. -
Holy shit. A run up on that particular day would have been 100. Subs played 20 minutes

Oregon would be stupid to trot Herbert (recovering from an injury) out against our defense after seeing Rosen get the shit beat out of him. Especially in that offense that requires the QB to run.
So yeah, he's probably playing for a half until he's carted off for the rest of the season.
