But these years injuries have been suspicious. Does Socha not know how ankles work? 4 season ending ankle injuries this year, I think we had some the last three years as well.

What's a normal rate of ankle injuries per contact/game/season?
Doesn't seem that far out of the norm.
I am certainly not a doctor but ankle injuries aren't typically what I think of as injuries for which risk can be greatly reduced by proper S&C- if a 300lb OL steps on you or otherwise causes your ankle to roll awkwardly you are going to be injured.
