Wren wants to play WR so badly he'll probably end up at North Texas or SMU. Also it's now basically customary to blindly throw darts at a couple raw bucks every class because Kielbasa can't croot good. Malloe had him move up his visit from January to December 8th, per Roof. He did the same with Taimani. Looking like the coaches are going to try and seal the deal with a lot of these guys before the December signing period

They're going to tell them that if you don't sign in December then you're not guaranteed a spot. I'd imagine that Pete wants to wrap up as much as possible in December and the fill in a couple of gaps over the last 2 months.

I don't think we would schedule his visit for January if we wanted him in the first tier (given that he publicly says we lead).
I like him, but he's really raw. The kind of guy it will take 3-4 years to really contribute at a high level. -

Yeah - I'm into this. DDY2 but a high ceiling guy.
I think he will ultimately end up inside, but he's basically a big BUCK type right now. Also, it bodes well for our island recruiting, which will be a key next class.
Dude is super light on his feet for being that big. -

So, the positive is his ceiling...
The negative is him and Tafisi we are getting guys who our competition is basically Cal. This is fine for the bottom half of our class, but right now our class is starting to look like fucking Utahs.
If we add Togiai and some big time kids, then all these kids are totally fine. But if we stay at this level, our D class is a fucking embarrassment. -
