Fucking this. Less time in week long tranny workshops and more time learning how to kill things. Our military isn't a force for good and nation building, it should only be a force for killing everything we view as an enemy.

I say this as a guy who generally thinks war is a fucking terrible idea and we should only participate when our safety or security is in clear and present danger.

I'd say more time learning to steer a damn vessel. This is the 3rd time this has happened in a very short time. The rumor with this one is that the nav system was hacked. Which for me is much more troubling occurance than a dense fucking sailor not being able to read his radar.

Time to retrofit with manual hydraulic override?

They should always have manual controls as a backup at least.

The next great attack on America will be done electronically. Hackers have no trouble getting into Hospitals, Financial institutions and now into our military. They can certainly find a way to get into power grids as well. If you were able to disable power grids and financial institutions at the same time, alot of damage could occur without anyone firing a weapon or crashing a van or plane into anything.
