No need to abolish congress, just abolish career politicians and cut their pay by 75 percent. 4 years and you're out. No exceptions. With a clause for early removal/mechanism for constituents to get rid of those who become corrupted by power. The Senate of the United States shall be composed of two Senators from each State, chosen by the Legislature thereof, for six Years; and each Senator shall have one Vote.
