Proprietary Rights in Content on the Site.
Scout does not claim any ownership rights in the Content that you may post to the Site Services (Content posted by any Member, "User Content"); provided, however, that User Content shall not include any Content posted by a User that is already owned by Scout or any Scout affiliates. Scout hereby grants you a limited, revocable, nonsublicensable license to use the Scout Content (excluding any software code) solely for your personal use in connection with viewing the Site and using the Site Services.
