It has come to our attention that portions of a blog post (the "Blog"), which was posted in the subscribers-only area of the Scout sites at
http://mbd.scout.com/mb.aspx?s=147&f=1365&t=12297924&stm=149164390, have been used in a forum posting (the "Infringing Post") on your site at http://hardcorehusky.com/forums/#/discussion/4732/li-l-kim-blows-us-some-sunshine-re-budda-baker, without authorization of Fox, which infringes Fox's intellectual property rights.
We demand that you remove the Infringing Post at http://hardcorehusky.com/forums/#/discussion/4732/li-l-kim-blows-us-some-sunshine-re-budda-baker from your website immediately and refrain in future from including any intellectual property from the Scout Sites on your website without Scout's express written authorization.
Please confirm via e-mail that you will comply with our request.
I have a good faith belief that the use of the material at http://hardcorehusky.com/forums/#/discussion/4732/li-l-kim-blows-us-some-sunshine-re-budda-baker is not authorized by Fox, its agent, or the law and I declare under penalty of perjury that I am authorized to act on behalf of Fox and the information in this letter is accurate.
This letter is without prejudice to Fox's rights and remedies, all of which are expressly reserved.

We notified Fox this morning of premium content from Hardcore Husky that had been pirated by a Dawgman.com subscriber. Fox just reported back that they instructed Dawgman.com to remove the content.
