  Brandon Beaver getting a shot with the Cardinals is wild. Pretty sure he will get cut after mini camp but still... I think he got caught twice from behind while attempting to return interceptions for TD's.

  He went over to Pau for a trial (basically a sort of tryout where you train with the team and possibly play for their 2nd string team or for a lower level affiliated club) for a week. Seems to be back in the US now and training with the national 7s team. Probably needs a bit more 15s experience for a pro club to pull the trigger on a contract. Playing for the national team also helps get the necessary visa.
