The main sports demographic wants obscenity, actual sports talk, and rival tears to go with their sports.
ESPN can't offer that, and most of these other sources are free anyways. Only thing you "need" from Espn nowadays is a Wednesday night matchup between the Suns and Mavs.
I hope I see Ted Miller working a hot dog stand at the UW/Montana game this year. -
