With String off the team, it seemed like we didn't have the height to compete against the elite defenses, such as Bama.

I'm hopeful but highly skeptical. Lenius has the raw tools and the WR coaching is 10 times better than it was last time we saw him so that makes me hopeful. But he's still a pussy until proven otherwise, and that makes me highly skeptical.
He might have the widest range of possible 2017 outcums of anyone on the team. He could be all conference, or completely worthless.

Not every senior that graduates has what it takes to make it in the NFL. That doesn't mean they sucked. -
I pretty much gave up on Lenius last year. The only glimmer of hope I figured he had is if he had the discipline to stick through a redshirt year and not transfer after some issues he had. Since he made it through that, I actually give him a decent shot at success now. I thought he was a goner.

Well, anyways, I'm pretty sure Lenius is in line for the award named after that guy. He'll be forgotten when the three freshmen WR show up. -

Lenius was raw and should have redshirted. Year one was a waste. Year two he was disappointing like every WR on the team. He always had drive killing penalties which probably were a fluke. There was a stat that show his catch/target percentage was the highest on the team.
Lenius is huge. The redshirt year was good for him. Some good coaching, a legitimate QB, and his development will make him look like a different player. -

This might be what separates a coach like Pete from Sark. He doesn't give up on players, and you actually see improvement. The fact his mom is behind him and loves Pete speaks volumes. I think his going to break out next year.pat_hm said:He didn't look terrible on this play.
