I sympathize with Comey. Trump and Clinton are both corrupt pieces of shit that I wouldn't want to work for either. Good on him if he really is some mastermind pulling the strings to fuck them both out of the presidency.

Pay wall blocks the part about how Trumps communications and those of his transition team were "widely disseminated"

So who were the crooks that were being monitored?GrundleStiltzkin said:

oops, no, not the Russians
Nunes said, “So first I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions, the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S. citizens involved in the Trump transition. Details about U.S. persons associated with the incoming administration, details with little or no apparent foreign intelligence value were widely disseminated in intelligence community reporting. Third, I have confirmed that additional names of Trump transition team members were unmasked. And fourth and finally I want to be clear, none of this surveillance was related to Russia or the investigation of Russian activities or of the Trump team.”
Roh, Rohhhhhh -
We know Trump aides were detected in incidental collection when Flynn's call to the Russian ambassador was picked up. This is nothing new.
And of course, Nunes did not say that Trump himself was surveiled, that the collections were in any way illegal, or that the prior administration ordered it. In fact, the collection he described sounds routine.
Nothing disclosed by Nunes shows Trump was right.
If anything, this raises more questions about why Trump aides were in such frequent contact with foreign officials targeted by US intelligence.
What a disaster. -
It only means Hillary''s Russians aren't the 'right' Russians any more

They are investigating Trump's links to Russia. Comey made that clear yesterday. This report is only saying that these particular surveillance efforts were not related to that investigation.RaceBannon said:

Trump's original accusations were that Obama ordered it for maccarthyite reasons. Then it was obama doing it through the British intelligence services.
Those are clearly false.
We'll see what comes out of the rest of this. I'd like to see civilian surveillance reigned it period. So trump being angry may not be the worst thing -
fuck all this bullshit
