I like it a lot more than signing Adrian Peterson. AP is done and he had already became the Dwayne Washington of NFL RB's. Even two years ago when he had a good season statistically, it was all or nothing. He had more negative runs than any other NFL RB.
There is more upside with Lacy than Jamaal Charles too. -

Unless a Jenny Craig membership is included in the deal, I don't see him helping the Seahawks much. -
