the gop has a "plan"

You can see why they kept it in a locked room for a week.... so much for the promise of taking care of everyone right trump? Almost like keeping your doctor?

Crickets from everyone that bitched incessantly about the mandate.

This plan appears to be DOA.

you should love this plan

So uh...they are repealing the mandate but keeping the non-denial for pre-existing conditions stuff.
How the fuck are you going to pay for that without raising premiums through the roof?
In truth, this is so bad it's likely designed to fail. It has no chance of passing the Senate so it gives the GOP a scapegoat for not being able to come up with a decent plan. "We wanted to fix health care but couldn't because of the democrats". -
How dare people bash what Republicans have clearly worked very hard on for the past seven years.

And the GOP plan is to tell constituents they tried while really doing nothing. Which is also the Democrat plan. -

the democrats proposed a shitty plan, but a plan nonetheless that actually solved a number of problems.2001400ex said:

this is a nothing plan. it just borrows a couple of the good things that Obamacare did and then go backs to the system of 20 million more uninsured and 45,000 dying every year from lack of healthcare. -
Right. If Democrats and Republicans would have worked together the last 6 years to better the bill, things would be much better right now. They could have solved the state line deal as a few other things years ago.dhdawg said:

this bill is so bad, that it was released without a cbo score.
It brings back lifetime caps -
And the Cadillac tax Republicans have railed against. But hey, ultra wealthy people save 3% of capital gains tax so that's help the budget.dhdawg said:this bill is so bad, that it was released without a cbo score.

The Republicans really should have just repealed Obamacare all the way. And then they should deregulate the fuck out of the entire health care industry so that it becomes competitive again.
Let hospitals start refusing treatment if people can't pay for it. Let people choose a less expensive, but riskier/less effective treatment if they don't or can't afford to pay more. Make it easier for people to get drugs....we should be able to buy drugs off the shelf at Wal-Mart without a prescription. Don't make people see an actual doctor for stupid shit. Get rid of these residency committees that limit the amount of people who can actually become a practicing doctor. Stop incentivizing employers to choose and pay for their employees' health care plans by giving them a lower payroll tax than if they had just given the employees the extra money to shop and choose their own plan, so that there is actually some individual leverage against health insurance providers.
Government has been the problem the entire time. All these rules and regulations are basically the government saying that they know how to spend our money better than us, as if the nation wasn't comprised of people with a variety of financial backgrounds and personal preferences. We should all be outraged at the lack of respect toward the American people. We know what's best for us. Give us the fucking power back, and stop policing every aspect of the god damn industry. Come on, Republicans, you're in power now...let's get it done. -

Nothing changed with me. Just got call from FRANNY 5 minutes ago and told me I was to show up inMaltby. If dad has stuff to do have him leave with you. I'll have Anna take me and Dad can leave with you. I would prefer u and dad leave together. I'll ask Anna. Shouldn't be a problem. If she can't I'll let you know -

A ) "Let's just say that hopefully my keyboard has been taking it's birth control pills."
B ) "Why would my husband just sit there and wait for me to finish fucking my keyboard so that I could blow my load into his mouth?"
C ) "Abundance."
