Where's this eval coming from? I'm expecting him to destroy the combine, though his 40 time might not be special. Everything else will be.

That evaluation is shit. Future NFL starter. He's 6'2", jumps really high, has ball skills, and is willing tackler.

Actually listed at 6'3 192lbs combine measurements. And it came from combine scouts.
STRENGTHS Rare height for the position. Solid job of restricting catch window on routes outside the numbers. Shoves receivers toward boundary and drifts into their running lane to decrease catch opportunity. Length creates challenge for receivers used to winning at the high point. Instinctive with good feel for finding football. Allowed just one touchdown over last 101 targets. Six career interceptions with hands to make the circus pick. Patient from press coverage. Quick to turn and locate once his back is to the quarterback. Saw increase in pass breakups in senior season. Willing to get physical with blocking receivers when it comes time to disengage and make a tackle. Has played all four spots in secondary and slot corner as well.

I still think some NFL team will do the proper research and see King has all the measureables and produced at an extremely high level.
King had the lowest completion percentage allowed of any CB his junior year. I think it was like 37%. I don't know what the percentage was his senior year but he seemed even more productive.
I actually saw Jones have a mediocre game or two. I don't remember once thinking King played shitty. He allowed a few balls against USC but they were all great throw/catches with him in postition. -
I didn't know this thread existed, as I posted some of these same thoughts in another thread, but I think King is the most underrated player for the Huskies in this draft. He should be a 2nd-3rd round pick. He's the perfect size for the Seahawks for a S/CB backup, a flexible spot where they're really weak at now and losing games because of this lack of depth. I'm sure the Seahawks are looking hard at him.

King will likely out perform is draft position but he's probably more of a guy that will fit a certain style/system versus being a plug and play guy like Jones or Peters who would be successful in any system.
