Dream Interpretation: What does it mean when..

In the wee hours of the morning, you have a very vivid dream that you're staying in a classy hotel in another city, along with your family and your dog, preparing to check out and head to the airport with your wife and kids, then your male dog starts acting funny while laying on the ground, then gets up, you notice some blood and wetness on the ground, then little puppies start growing up and climbing out of the carpet and you notice it happening in several places in about a 5 foot circular area, including a couple of stillborn puppies, etc. Huge mess, not going to make your flight, puppies continue to grow out of the carpet like instant chia pets. So you send your son to get your wife, and she returns looking like something from the Walking Dead, mumbling cryptic shit in ancient languages. Then you wake up.
