I don't remember if Asiasi had any interest in UW previously ...

It would be an awesome plug and play scenario ... jesus I quoted myself by accident ...

Dude why would you want that POS? We got plenty of TE on our roster.

Aren't we kind of maxed out on TE's? I know this staff loves the TE but it seems we have more on scholly than ever given we have three frosh coming in and only lost Daniels. Maybe somebody gets moved, or Ajamu chooses to LEAVE? I don't know, hard to see us adding a 7th (!) TE.

Gosh, high four star kid, true sophomore, we did get a visit from him. Still seems highly unlikely but maybe PaoPao has a Poly connection with him or something? Just not sure how to make him fit. From that description on 247 he sounds like a kid who could play either our white or black TE spot.

He's transferring because of family issues apparently. Probably going to go somewhere in CA... I'd predict UCLA or Cal.

I would never say "no" to high-end talent. If he was interested in coming here i'd be more than okay for the coaching braintrust to figure out if he was worth it.

Which spot did Lindquist play in this scheme?

100% you want him. At OT. Tell him if
he doesn't want to play there he can fuk right
off. Think there was talk of him playing
there anyway when he was recruited. Having
said that the original thought was he wanted
to play with Tagaloa so bet he transfers to UCLA.

I heard Nansen called him the night of Jan 31. Apparently Nansen's contacts list wasn't updated, but holy fuck...what do you know...got another recruit to flip who was only a year into his commit with Michigan.

When a high-level recruit commits to a school and then wants to leave after one year, that's usually a red flag.

He's just a kid who got caught up in the Michigan hype and is homesick as hell, I'm sure. He'll go to SC or possibly Cal.

He and Boss are BFFs, they said they were a package deal... But they are both dumb shits, so Boss fell for UCLA's bullshit and Asiasi is so dumb he fell for Michigan's hype machine Harbaugh's stupid, lowest common denominator social media shtick.

They're pretty different players. Asiasi is more of a White TE. I would say the template for DA is much more similar to Cam Cleeland and the template for Hunter is much more close to Aaron Pierce or Rod Jones.

If he leaves it's only going to be to one of the LA schools. 0% shot.

Both on the field st the same time would be dangerous

What has this kid done, anything except beat up on weak high schoolers and look to transfer?

He's sad he didn't head to UCLA with his boy Boss outta the gates.

He played this past year and looked pretty good.

He's a young stud with a high ceiling, that's why he's at UM. Him coming to UW at this point would be a bigger coup than Michigan stealing him away from the Cali schools in the first place.

Bottom line. His season totals were 2 receptions for 18 yards and a TD against PSU on a checkdown play. He averaged 1.4 receiving yards per game and was the second tightend in 2 tightend sets early on. He was stuck playing behind Butt all season as expected.

He could end up being really good so fuck him, unless he choose UW and then it's hot damn!!!!

Hes a true freshman mainly there to block playing on a shitty offense. He's listed at 287 pounds. Guys 287 pounds aren't going to catch many passes.

I'm sure that's why he had a billion offers and was the #1 guy on our bored at one point last year.

Why are we even talking about this. We have like 7 TE on the roster, how many do we need?

...because hypotheticals are fun, he would improve the talent level and he would probably be the #1 (or #2) TE on the team.
