I actually like the idea of an 8 person SC. if the decision is clear, you'll get 5 people to vote for it anyway. Otherwise send it back to the appeals court

It's actually crazy the number of votes that are unanimous. The ones that are lame are like the Obamacare vote where 4 didn't read it and said no. 4 others didn't read it and says yes. If they are going to do that. don't even bring up a single issue. just say the seat was stolen (which it was), bring up what cruz and mccain said before the election, and make McConnell answer the questions if he wants to nuke.
