    Here's what I would do (I live in Pasadena). Help untwine and negotiate end to federal water rights claims. By all rights cal owns the Central Valley system by now. Colorado river water buy-out could cause war, though. Touchy subject. Cal pays way more in fed taxes than it gets out to pay for the white trash states, including southwest riverside county. We want out and and end of your subsidy. We lead the world in everything. I support it and would stay without hesitation. I also support nuking Tacoma. And Olympia.
