It's not Emmert's Uncle Bob ter oversee the footie program or any uvver program in the affletic department. That Uncle Bob belongs ter Todd Turner. It's Emmert's Uncle Bob ter monitor the bleedin' Uncle Bob performance of Todd Turner.

So 1-10 'appens. Gilby is canned by Turner (rightfully so). Yes, the bleedin' program went 1-10. But the actions of them charged wiv overseein' the program were correct. Turner fired the coach for poor performance. If I'm bloody well in Emmert's shoes, I can't complain.

Coachin' search takes place and Turner 'as 'is 'eart set on Tyrone Willingham. Yer can't 'ave a knees-up wivout a joanna. It's Turner's 'ire. It's not Emmert's 'ire. Surely Emmert 'ad ter sign off on the hire. That's not so bad. Yer want ter ffrow some blame on 'im for not 'avin' the foresight ter negate the bloomin' hire. That's not so bad. But the hire ain't Emmert's responsibility. It's Turner's responsibility, init?It's Emmert's responsibility ter hold Turner accountable for the bloomin' hire (wich 'e did 3 years later wen it were obvious that Tyrone weren't the answer).

So Tyrone goes 2-9 the first year after a 1-10 year. Not great. Yer can't 'ave a knees-up wivout a joanna. Warnin' signs start gahn off, particularly wiv some poor performance ter close games. But it's the first year of the chuffin' regime and right 'ard ter get too critical.

The next year the program goes 5-7 and 'as 2 significant events. The bloomin' first significant event is the loss of the QB ter injury. I fink many could argue that wivout the bloody loss of Isaiah that year, we go 6-6. The second event that were significant were the bleedin' "suddenly senior" day and the bloomin' unexplicable loss ter Stanford wiv the most emotionless footie team any bloke 'ad ever seen. Right. Again, right, there's not enough there ter fire Tyrone at that point, right? There are warnin' signs. There is ground ter pretty much tell Tyrone that the followin' year is an action year where sumfink needs ter happen. He's on a short leash at this point in me opinion.

The followin' year we lose games in ways that are unexplainable. Blow an 'uge loss ter Arizona - a game we should 'ave never lost.
