Jake Eldrenkamp

Nick Harris 2 years from now
-
I thought Aaron Fuller wouldn't see the field until year 3.
He was our 5th leading receiver last season. -
Damion Turpin really surprised the shit out of everyone with his senior year. Was more than serviceable during his senior year.
-
Turpin had an ok senior year as a backup but 4 years of riding the bench outside the 2-deeps is not impressive.WeakarmCobra said:Damion Turpin really surprised the shit out of everyone with his senior year. Was more than serviceable during his senior year.
You also have to remember that he was seen at the time of his UW commitment as a somewhat big get. Sark and Co hot him to flip from UCLA. -
I had straight from a former players mouth that the upperclassmen loved fucking up Tupou at practice. I was shocked he ever turned out decently.
A low ranked guy I think will end up making a few plays for us is Chincredible. Bush recruited him and loves him. He will be a bit piece next year, but will gradually get more time once Baccellia and Pounds sell their couches or get passed. Just watched his film again and he has skills.
High points the ball well, makes some catches in traffic.. Reminds me of a poor man's Kearse that will get better coaching. He plays a lot bigger than his listed 6'0" 170. He will be solid. -
Going in to this year i thought he complete garbage, but this year he proved to be a decent player. I feel like he would have a started for a lot of Pac-12 school this year.bananasnblondes said:

I doog for every recruit. Can't help it.
Then I hate 81% of them once they get to campus. -
Recently? Dante Pettis.
Thought he would be okay ... But he's exceeded my expectations.
Anyone who's switched positions and shit. -
Nick Harris, I never even thought he would play, so him playing this year exceeded my expectations.
-
Kevin king. Fucking annorexic pos. Why his neck so long. I look stronger then him. But then that husky combine pete made came in #1. And I was like shhhhiiit how's this fucker not starting
-
I know he wasn't great. but Keith Price even coming out of high school was a twig. Even tho he was constantly limping, the fact that he held up for 3 years and was somewhat decent shocked me
-
Labron Coleman
-
Stan Empterman. He was only a two-star you know.
-
Jake " school shooter" Browning, I thought Lavon Coleman was aids
-
I still hold out hope for everyone sucking who is currently on the team.
-
Coleman Shelton has surprised me
-
Jaylen Johnson will be a Jesse Callier PCI 4+ by the time he leaves.
-
DJ Beavers...When Victor got injured, the well fuck there goes the season mindset crept in. Then DJ maned up, held his own and contributed. Solid rotational guy next year.
-
Yeah. I wasn't super excited about him when he was recruited. Probably because I was thinking about him as an edge rush guy, since he was 235 pounds at 6'3"+, and his film didn't show him as a real quick twitch pass rusher.MisterEm said:Jaylen Johnson will be a Jesse Callier PCI 4+ by the time he leaves.
Well, here we are 45 pounds later and he is a very solid DT/3-4 DE type with above average pass rush skills. -
After reading DDY I thought our entire roster would be shit this year so I am surprised at just about every player
-
My favorite part of the offseason is the brain of @Dennis_DeYoung as the months go by:RaceBannon said:After reading DDY I thought our entire roster would be shit this year so I am surprised at just about every player
January: No one wants to come to Washington, everything fucking sucks, recruits hate us.
February: Class turned out really good. Minus the OL.
March: I really think we can go 11-1 again this year.
April: God our guys look great physically at Spring Practices. Socha is so fucking good.
May: 11-1 is still looking good, I think we'll be in the Playoff picture again.
June: 9-3 is most likely, Jake Browning is still our QB.
July: 7-5 is where I see us, we suck again.
August: 4-8 if a few bounces go our way. Where is the nearest tree? -
I've had so much confidence in the recruiting and player development that I'm not too surprised by any mentioned. Where I'm a little surprised is I still think Dotson is going to contribute. I thought Dotson and Beavers would be the two young players breaking out in 2016. 1 for 2. Against @Dennis_DeYoung will, I'm still holding out hope, but admittedly the goal post is moving on Dotson.
-
True or false: 2010 class was the best since-graduated OL class for us in fifteen years at least.
-
We need some to graph this on a chart. @Dardanus? @TheChart? We need your assistance here.CokeGreaterThanPepsi said:

Thoughts:
Dotson is garbage and will never be good.
Chincredible sucks balls and will never see the field with the incoming class we have.
Derpin Turpin going from absolute dreck to quite serviceable was a huge surprise for me.
When we got Eldrenkamp I thought oh ok, here's a guy who will fill out the two deeps when he is a Junior and might get spot playing time as a senior as a rotational guy. That's why I gave him a 5 I think, instead of the 4 he probably deserved. When was the last lightly recruited OL we had who turned out to be an all conference stud who will probably get drafted? -
Eldrenkamp wasn't that lightly recruited.Swaye said:Thoughts:

He had offers from Yale AND Brown. -
