Mateaki's picture alone was 4 stars. Can't blame anyone for that one.DuckHHunterisafag said:

I expected Quinton Richardson to amount to more. Not sure exactly why, looking back.

Yep. I thought he would be a great. FML.animate said:RoadDawg55 said:
Answer the fucking question!animate said:I don't even think this way ... because I think this current Petersen regime can actually develop players.
So, it's hard to say how Farria, Middleton etc ... would have developed under Petersen's team.
All I know is that they didn't pan out with previous programs ... so it doesn't matter to me.
Woulda, coulda, shouda.
I would bet dollars to donuts that Dante Pettis would have been mediocre under previous administrations ... not a knock on Dante - just a belief.
Or Gaines ... Vea ... anyone.
Ah, fuck off!
Tui Alailefaleula
That class fucked me in the head for a while. I thought Ty Eriks would be good too.
@89ute - I liked Adam Tate a lot.
I think I thought Albert Tuipolotu would be good.
I thought Casey Bulyca would be good too, but in those years it's so hard to say because we didn't have anyone to develop them. I thought Darrell Daniels would be great and same with Joe Mathis.
One guy I wanted to be good really bad was Darnell Parhms. I loved that he spelled his name Parhms and had the audacity to pronounce it 'Farms'.
I probably thought Jamaun Willis would be better than he was. -
Whenever we beat UCLA for a kid I wince a little bit.bananasnblondes said:For me, Eric Kohler. He was rated rediculously high by Scout and I know one mag had him as one of the top 25 high school players in the country.
I know he had trouble staying healthy but he had a really disapointing career.
Also, he looked like a fat skater kid/pen and paper RPG player who probably wore his shirt in the swimming pool -
This is a tough one - I was sexting with Coker about it earlier. I mean - this guy had some of the shittiest coaching ever in the history of coaching and he was still pretty fucking good.RaceBannon said:

This is fun and I decided to go through all the classes in scout, since that was about the time I first joined dawgman. The only issue is that looking back there was just such HORRENDOUS classes, my god, I mean just awful classes. Anyways, here are some of my biggest misses:
Dane Crane was a big one for me.
Hoping Quinten Pounds steps up because I was fairly high on him.
When I really started TBSing closely it was Greyson Gunheim, I thought he was going to be a terror off the edge.
JR Hasty.
I dooged hard on Anthony Boyles.
Curtis Shaw, thought his speed would be insane!
Jermaine Kelly was a big miss.
Emeka Iweka was black and a LT so I figured he'd be Walter Jones.
Kurt Mangum... FML
Johri Fogerson, my O'Dea brother, so I had a blind spot. But in fairness, still one of the best HS players I've seen. I remember when he almost killed Kasen Williams in the state title game when Kasen was a frosh. And Kasen caught the fucking ball.
Tim Tucker, BIG TIME MIK!!! DIAF COKER.
Victor Burnett, god.
Corey Waller... I want to die.

High school stats and all that are bullshit but any QB that goes 1-9 is a red flag.Dennis_DeYoung said:

He wasn't terrible his senior year considering the circumstances. -
@CokeGreaterThanPepsi that screen to Johri against LSU tho. What a beautiful drive. 3rd best Sark era moment after USC in 09 and the Holiday Bowl.
