Victor is a long, rangy prospect who can play multiple positions on both sides of the ball. Most likely will end up on the defensive side of the ball at the linebacker level. Displays a tall, leaner frame that will need to increase bulk and strength to play in the box. Flashes good playing strength, particularly in the upper half. Shows good speed while flashing an above average burst in the short range. Possesses good field awareness. Will diagnosis run quickly with the ability to shoot gaps and be disruptive behind the line of scrimmage. Has strong hands to drag down tackle. Will deliver a blow when given the proper angle to take down ball carrier. Flashes the ability to deliver a hit in space but not a downhill thumper between the tackles. Has average body control and can over pursue at times. Flashes the ability to slip blocks in tight quarters with average hand violence to disengage and make play. Angles are usually pretty consistent as a sideline-to-sideline player with average range. Flashes the burst to chase down from behind. Will sift through traffic but will need to do a better job of keeping lower half free. Does show some tightness in hips when opening hips to run. Is more effective with his ability to rush off the edge and get hands up in the passing lanes. Overall, Victor displays raw talent with the tools to mold and develop his technique. Has the frame to add size and could be effective at either outside or inside backer depending on the defensive scheme he lands in.
