While many things can and hopefully will improve, I think Smith has pathological tendencies that can't be fixed. He's simply too flawed for the Pac12, and specifically for Washington. I have zero faith that his broken parts can be fixed.

Yes he only got a 1 year contract last year, while the rest of the coaches got 2 year contracts. That was Pete telling him he was on the hot seat.
