Helfrich Sells His Couch

Voted down simply because I wanted him to stay

Oregon is SERIOUS about football
-
Shit
-
My God, the possible chain of fucktards who could come through there and wear hipster Donald Duck shit amidst endless 7 wins is sweatpants-destroying to say the least.

If they were serious, he would have fired on October 8th.AZDuck said:Oregon is SERIOUS about football

The firing is great if an Oregon fan ... but who are they going to get to replace him?
Will be interesting to see who they can get -
Helfrich is a truly decent guy, good human being, probably a fun guy to have a beer with. But not a great (or even very good) football coach. What this should tell you is that Oregon just spent $11.8MM on the buyout - which is a pretty good clue that there's a new coach already lined up.
Chip or Fleck, I'll be a happy duck. -

It's the hope I crave now, moreso than even the tears. Strange.AZDuck said:Helfrich is a truly decent guy, good human being, probably a fun guy to have a beer with. I'm hearing Justin Wilcox is coming home. Just what I'm hearing. Don't twist

This guy has been right about everything, right up to the date Helfrich was getting the axe. He said the decision to fire Helfrich was made after the Cal game @TierbsHsotBoobs and It was pretty clear this weekend Helf knew what was coming. Former Oregon player with contacts in the program.
Big, if true. -

In this economy?

What was Pete's record against Chip the first go rounds, with lesser talent than he has now. Glad to the Yucks lol, are comfortable with 2nd in the North. I was worried they were going to step up.

Not sure if I like this move. That Phillip Knight rumored to be the shoe-in for the job sounds formidable. He shits pile of money, which under certain atmospheric conditions could slow our speedy defense.

^ Oh shit, Beau Baldwin!

Oregon AD Mullens just gave a presser. Wasn't kick ass, but most interesting answer was that "there are many branches to the Oregon coaching tree over the last 30 years and we may take a look at one of them."

Oregon needs to get TUFF anyway.
