As I read it, Prosecutor has a chance to get a non-felony plea deal by Friday, putting the kid back onto the field to bolster his NFL draft stock so that the kid he hit and took his six pack from ( who may have deserved it) can collect on in civil court later?
All the attorneys get paid, 'victim' gets paid, WSU gets paid, player gets paid, everybody wins
Civil attorney ought to be in that Prosecutors office closing his future income stream.
