Colt Lyerla arrested for possession of cocaine

The confusing part:
DETECTIVES AND LYERLA AGREED TO MEET AT LYERLA'S RESIDENCE TO CONTINUE
THE INVESTIGATION. ONCE AT THE RESIDENCE LYERLA RAN FROM THE VEHICLE
INTO A NEARBY APARTMENT.
He obviously was not under the advice of attorney Oscar Zeta Acosta

Hell of a drug

Yes I remember several of us posting this the week of the UW game when he quit and Duck fans were calling us trolls.
They were right we are trolls. We were also right that he's a coke head. -

First thing I thought of was ole mattymik too. He swore Lyerla was the next Rob Gronkowski. Looks like he had the wrong Pats tight end.HuskyJW said:Matmik owes me a public apology....I posted this 6 months ago about him on Dawgman.....that dbag called me out
When he's not plungering Kim about Oregon sanctions, that dude's one stupid quook.

Sucks for Lyerla. He should get clean and play a year at Montana or another FCS school to try and restore his draft stock. I doubt he gets drafted after all of his incidents this year. Maybe a team takes a flyer on him in the 6th or 7th round, but who knows? I still bet he plays in the NFL.
-
Yeah, pretty sure the Patriot Way will put him on the right track
-
I'm starting to have my doubts. This isn't Honey Badger territory anymore. Coke charges are no joke. On top of the rest of his rap sheet, it's going to be real TUFF for teams to overlook.RoadDawg55 said:Sucks for Lyerla. I agree he needs to transfer and try to play somewhere next year.
At this point I think the smart money is on him never playing in the NFL.

Lol this is one of the worse downward spirals I have seen someone go on in awhile.

I love the "you can't really blame him for being a loser because his parents are losers" kind of thinking ...
Clearly nobody is capable of thinking on their own ... -
Dumb move, letting the investigation continue off site
If any HHB's get into this situation, I remind you to just plead the fifhttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ko2bgDNZ9q4

All I know is there were two 5-star Tight Ends from Oregon, both became Ducks and both of those turds combined weren't 1/10th of Washington native David Paulson's nut hair.
Thank goodness your coaching staff can't keep Washington kids at home. Retard Duck fans trying to tell me how Colt was going to be wayyyyyyyyy better than the two starting NFL tight ends before him. Fucking new money. -
Now that he has hired an agent, he is no longer eligible to play CFB, correct?

He has two parents?

Sucks for Lyerla? I hate it when people use that line for people with self inflicted problems. It's not poor Lyerla. The dude had the skills and potential to make millions, and just had to wait 1 year, cash his millions, then he could snort all the coke he wanted. Lyerla is a moron. On the bright side, Oregon got rid of him before the arrest. That avoids any possible distraction.RoadDawg55 said:Sucks for Lyerla. And, really, why does anyone think he left the team? Not a moment too soon, apparently. Shame, because the kid is an athletic beast. -
"Ooh cocaine, so scary" yall some pussies
-
Lyerla will not be transferring. He has an agent and is headed for some level of professional football if he doesn't get locked up first.
-
Despite his talent, he's going to have a hard time getting a look from the league from where he's at right now. He needs to get on the Honey Badger rehab program.

You don't need rehab for weed, hth.BiggusDickus said:Despite his talent, he's going to have a hard time getting a look from the league from where he's at right now. He needs to get on the Honey Badger rehab program.

The point is that the NFL needed to see Mathieu enroll in school, finish his degree, and work out with a trainer so they would know he wasn't a lazy pothead. Lyerla is going to have to do something similar (probably more, given that coke isn't weed) to get a sniff (ahem) at the big leagues.
-
Here's a good article I found that expands on some of Lyerla's issues.
http://www.detroitlionsdraft.com/2013/10/colt-lyerla-a-troubled-talent/
If he already signed with an agent, they need to get him to one of the training facilities asap and get him ready for the combine. -
WHEN THEY OBSERVED LYERLA IN A PARKED VEHICLE SNORTING WHAT APPEARED TO BE A WHITE POWDERY SUBSTANCE. LYERLA
He should have sticked to the I5. -
This thread is worthless without Colt's coked-up mugshot -
I know too many potheads that can't quit to believe that.CuntWaffle said:

Yeah, yeah, I know, not chemically addicting. It's still habit forming as hell.
