Lyerla will not be transferring. He has an agent and is headed for some level of professional football if he doesn't get locked up first.

The point is that the NFL needed to see Mathieu enroll in school, finish his degree, and work out with a trainer so they would know he wasn't a lazy pothead. Lyerla is going to have to do something similar (probably more, given that coke isn't weed) to get a sniff (ahem) at the big leagues.
