Would be relatively similar to us losing to OSU at home next week. Except we sucked that year.
We'd already lost 2 (out of conference, though) and it just flushed the season down the toilet.
84 to 85 was a gigantic change. -

We opened the 86 season by prison raping Ohio State 40-7 and BYU 52-21. Both those teams were top 10 at the time. Then we just became mediocre again and ended up getting routed by Alabama in the Sun Bowl.RaceBannon said:Don James killed Hugh Millen after the game.

People forget (like the US had to beat Switzerland) that prior to the punt getting blocked to win the game, the aforementioned Hugh Millen, on 3rd and short, got outside, ran towards the marker, and ran out of bounds a yard short. Which led to the punt, which led to the block, Yada, Yada. Yada.
