There were 3 seperate points in the game last night where the team would have lost in the past years

1. Beginning of the game when they went for it on 4th and goal. They were rolling and had all the momentum. They score and then UW never gets very close to them. Lose rather easily. Instead a great goal line stand.

2. The second big run by Dawkins where it set up the TD to tie the game at 21. UW would have gone 3 and out on the next possession or turned the ball over. Coleman has a great TD though.

3. The crazy play. I thought for sure that was it... And it would have been every year under Sark and the last 2 years as well. Instead it went to OT and they pulled it off.

Still a very ugly win but I think they did break a mental barrier last night.

I agree. While the team played terribly, and tried to lose many times, but over the past decade we would have actually lost that game. I don't think we are there mentally, but we did break through at least one barrier.
